Registration

All the stakeholders that are interested to attend the workshop, either as presenters or observers, are invited to register by 21 June 2013 using the registration form. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis. In order to accomplish a broad representation of stakeholders, the number of registrants may need to be limited.

 

All participants are required to pay a registration fee. Taxes are included. Students are entitled to a special discount upon presentation of proof of status.

For regular participants, the registration includes:

• - access to workshop activities,
• - workshop materials,
• - coffee breaks and lunches,
• - workshop dinner.

For accompanying persons, the registration includes:

• - workshop dinner (Tuesday 2 July 2013 at 20h00).

Payment

The billing information in the registration form is required to prepare the invoice that will be handed over to the registered participants. Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice.

 

The details on how the registration fee can be paid are send directly to all the registered participants via email. Payments should include reference to OPENSUR 2013 and the full name of the participant.
